Cataloguing
HERA2 reduces the number of fields required for cataloguing objects. There are two main areas for cataloguing objects: object description and object associations.
Object Description
This area describes the object, its appearance and physical attributes. You should be able to specifically identify the object on a shelf from this description.
Object Associations
This area describes the conceptual information about the object: people, places, dates, and other information that is not part of the object itself.
